This is my second WAD, this time for ZDoom only. It's much longer though :)

As I've noticed Nuke 'em has had this problem, I'd like to stress the fact that this is for Plutonia, not DooM 2!


3 Years Before the Mars Incident - The UAC has entered the realm of early teleportation technology. Capable of transporting a man from one side of the planet to the other in roughly 3.6 miliseconds, the UAC teleporters are of great intrest to the world's military. The combat potential for a mobile teleporter is too much to ignore. So, military funding begins pouring into the project. The UAC now has a military backing, making them the most powerful and influencal corporation on Earth...and soon beyond...

You wake up. It's shaking all around, at first you think it's an earthquake, then you realize that it's simply the plane. You're being flown to a former top-secret military installation, since converted as an outpost for the UAC to venture deeper into teleportation technology. You're being sent to train for a new branch of the Marine Corps, specializing in teleportation. You'll be shown how to use the teleportation technology, along with overviewing its progress. Sound fun?

You just arrive at your first training session. After a long lecture on how the teleportation works (which you really, really would have perfered not to hear) you suit up for your first test. You'll be sent out to a teleporter station in an old cavern, and then come right back. Peice of cake, right?

A weapon used in the beta, and I think it represents the same rifle in the Doom Marine sprite.

Looks underdetailed and has one ugly fake 3D bridge, I think I like the first shot the best despite the lack of detail and that 3d bridge.
The room in shot1 could become sweet with more detail ideas are allready popping into my head.

I'll probally get rid of the bridge. It was more of an expirement anyways, and in chasecam you can easily see the player should fall right through it :P

@Dutch Devil - The shot1 you saw, was it before or after the screenshot update (basicly was it a cave or the bridge?)

Just finished Map 02. Instead of getting rid of the bridge, I fixed it up a bit. The map is by far the longest one I've made - though some (or rather most) of the originals are probally longer. It still takes a good 6 to 8 minutes to beat - rather than 30 seconds lol. On the higher skill levels it can be pretty hard at the mancubus battle, which is fairly close quarters.

SkullTag will kill you if you release it to the public. Unidoom Clan did the same thing and they got busted for claiming ST textures.

Really? I was going to give them credit, I thought since Skulltag wads could use it it would be okay, I'll e-mail them about it.

EDIT: Okay, recieved a reply, I'm allowed to use it. Of course, I probablly wrote an overwelmingly long e-mail for one simple thing...lol...

Okay, I've uploaded the beta and am waiting for the wad entry to update. Keep in mind Map01 is being redone, I'm not at all happy with it. Plus its too short.

EDIT: Nevermind, I guess it either isn't being approved or didn't go through, but I'm not puting up the download yet (I'm going to go ahead and revise the first level first)
