screen 2 looks nothing but awesome

dethtoll writes:(new) 10.02.2005, 05:09 GMT+1

jesus! *whacks*

Kaiser writes:(new) 10.02.2005, 06:03 GMT+1

Use use of the slopes in the first and second shot ^_^

Dark_Shadow2004 writes:(new) 10.02.2005, 06:48 GMT+1

All i can say is .."Breathtaking Archetecture" :) The use of slopes is beautiful. Very good work

Kristus writes:(new) 10.02.2005, 13:32 GMT+1

I wouldn't go as far as saying breathtaking, but it sure looks pretty damn nice. Keep it up.

nebula writes:(new) 10.02.2005, 14:06 GMT+1

This is a must download when it's done! Just plain awesome!

Nmn writes:(new) 10.02.2005, 17:28 GMT+1

Outstanding. Need to play this!

Dittohead writes:(new) 16.02.2005, 06:18 GMT+1

Another Hobomaster map.

Verdict: Awesome.

MR.INSANE writes:(new) 27.04.2005, 15:26 GMT+1

very nice amount of detail but the gameplay looks slightly boring becuase most rooms are sort of squareish

Agent Spork writes:(new) 27.04.2005, 15:57 GMT+1

Uh, what? It's not possible to determine the gameplay just by looking at screenshots of the map. The map looks very nice, and the rooms aren't SQUARISH.

Dark_Shadow2004 writes:(new) 27.04.2005, 20:07 GMT+1

Nice shots. You really know how to use your slopes and keep the traditional feel with the original textures. Nice work yet again...i definately am looking forward to this project :)

sitters writes:(new) 28.04.2005, 08:57 GMT+1

I love it

Lutrov71 writes:(new) 29.04.2005, 09:12 GMT+1

sexy

Nmn writes:(new) 29.04.2005, 15:06 GMT+1

Kinda KDIZDish. Me likes a lot :)

love the bridge ;)

Nmn writes:(new) 06.06.2005, 18:54 GMT+1

HOT!

Tormentor667 writes:(new) 06.06.2005, 23:38 GMT+1

Awesome! Great work... you might be a very useful addition to the KDiZD team... O_O

dethtoll writes:(new) 07.06.2005, 07:40 GMT+1

jesus, how many people do you NEED?! i thought you were almost finished by now.

Agent Spork writes:(new) 07.06.2005, 17:02 GMT+1

It's a trap! Don't do it!

Tormentor667 writes:(new) 11.06.2005, 15:30 GMT+1

@dethtoll - We are just 6 persons actively working on KDiZD and two of them concentrate on sprites!

soft_haxorz writes:(new) 11.06.2005, 23:01 GMT+1

What percent of KDIZD is done? 65%, 70%, 94%?

hobomaster22 writes:(new) 12.06.2005, 05:45 GMT+1

This is not KDIZD. At least say something about my map if youre going to ask about it here :(. Anyway. I might be able to work on KDIZD, but I dont think I would be able to do a whole lot.

Tormentor667 writes:(new) 14.06.2005, 00:51 GMT+1

@soft - 90%

@hobo - Well, we need a fulltime mapper that is really interested in helping us with finishing the project. Not again a person that works for one week and then quits the team!

hobomaster22 writes:(new) 14.06.2005, 01:40 GMT+1

I meant it more like I wouldnt be able to have enough ideas/inspiration. Im having trouble finishing this map :(.

NiGHTMARE writes:(new) 24.06.2005, 01:05 GMT+1

I wants this map! :)

If you're having inspiration problems, have you considered looking for a co-author?

hobomaster22 writes:(new) 11.07.2005, 17:07 GMT+1

nightmare - I've been thinking about it since you've said that. It could be great, or it could be really bad. With conflicts of interest, and who does what. Just seems like it turn into a mess if you know what I mean?

Agent Spork writes:(new) 13.07.2005, 03:57 GMT+1

I'm amazed that you actually got ZDoom's horrible portals to work at all.

MasterOfPuppets writes:(new) 13.07.2005, 07:33 GMT+1

is that a portal? really does not look like one... god amazing.

Tormentor667 writes:(new) 13.07.2005, 13:20 GMT+1

That mountains for your skybox suck, because the "foggy background" mountain is too bright. Try something else, maybe mountains from Hexen?!

hobomaster22 writes:(new) 13.07.2005, 16:19 GMT+1
edited 13.07.2005, 16:20 GMT+1

I wanted to use the E1 mountians though :(. Is this better?

http://hobomaster.doomwadstation.com/new.png

I could darken them more if they still suck.

Nmn writes:(new) 13.07.2005, 17:26 GMT+1

Try darkening the mountains and raising contrast. That should remove the foggy feeling. Than it will fit :)

dethtoll writes:(new) 13.07.2005, 23:40 GMT+1

alternately, if you had the time and felt like making a few extra mountains, brighten one side and darken the other, with the bright side pointing in the direction of the large planet, then, with the mountains closest to the planet side of the sky, make them dark- and on the opposite end of the skybox, make 'em bright- this will give the impression that the large planet is reflecting light onto the side of the mountain.

dunno if that's doable or not, though.

Tormentor667 writes:(new) 14.07.2005, 20:16 GMT+1

@hobo - Yes, thats better! Now add stars to the rest of the skytexture and it is perfect :)

Whiteboy567 writes:(new) 14.07.2005, 22:37 GMT+1

This wad is looking awesome keep up the great work. Oh and those room over room pictures make me horny ;)

How about this for a slogan? "Bloated like Vrack3 was meant to be!"

MasterOfPuppets writes:(new) 13.09.2005, 00:48 GMT+1

much more ceiling detail than i would have been willing to make in a room with deep water. bravo.

wadaholic writes:(new) 13.09.2005, 07:23 GMT+1

Nice work on the detail, lookin good!

soft_haxorz writes:(new) 25.09.2005, 15:51 GMT+1

Whoa! That first shot looks absolutely great!

Dancso writes:(new) 26.09.2005, 15:59 GMT+1

Good work, the only problem is, that it's a little TOO dark, isn't it?

GodCells writes:(new) 29.12.2005, 02:25 GMT+1

Hobomaster never stops to impress us. :D Please finish it :) so long time that I wait for that one! :D

Moti writes:(new) 30.03.2007, 03:58 GMT+1

Holy crap the shots look amazing! *downloads*

*Vader* writes:(new) 30.03.2007, 05:01 GMT+1

NiGHTMARE writes:(new) 31.03.2007, 08:26 GMT+1

Woohoo!

Whoops, double post.

Moti writes:(new) 31.03.2007, 09:59 GMT+1

E1M1 was hella useless. :P
But E1M2 and E1M3 were awesome, great detail, cool use of ACS, only little flaw was ammo - I ran out of ammo a few times. Other than that, a great couple of maps.

Dutch Devil writes:(new) 31.03.2007, 10:02 GMT+1

Hobomaster you are an great mapper damn sexy map.

Reinchard writes:(new) 23.04.2007, 00:45 GMT+1

I'm stucked in first level, after killing the Baron of Hell, in the flickering light area. Architecture is impressive!

zombiekiller81 writes:(new) 23.05.2007, 15:14 GMT+1

That's where I got stuck too I had to clip out of there is there a way out of that room without cheating

Reinchard writes:(new) 24.05.2007, 05:08 GMT+1
edited 24.05.2007, 05:08 GMT+1

I did exactly the same. I am wondering how Hobomaster22 have created the fan.

doomaniac writes:(new) 24.05.2007, 09:16 GMT+1

I was talking to hobomaster22 and he said that the problem is that in easier difficult levels there is to be a imp in that room,so the script will work fine.

Whoo writes:(new) 28.05.2007, 09:03 GMT+1

I love the red smoke effect when you try to open the broken door.

Searon486 writes:(new) 23.07.2008, 17:08 GMT+1

this looks awesome. . . great building and stuff. . . downloading now.

Searon486 writes:(new) 23.07.2008, 19:23 GMT+1

Wow, past amazing man. I especialy like the part were the wall blows up. How much time did you spend on this? btw, i had to edit it for it to work on my pc, i had to take out the airsupply def. out of the mapinfo becuase for some reason it doesn't work with my zdoom. otherthan that, kickass man.
