This will be a CTF map in a theme that I have not seen in CTF yet; A building overrun by hell. So far only this center area of the map is done. Still somewhat much of brown textures, maybe ill change a few. The triangulated slope terrain is something I experimented with a while ago. This will be my first map that makes use of it.

At the download URL you can get the map as far as I've built it. You must use ZDaemon (not ZDoom!) to test it. Use the following command/parameters:
zdaemon.exe -iwad doom2.wad -file helloverrun.wad +map MAP01 -skill 3 +deathmatch 1 +ctf 1 -server 1

Looking good.
The most unappealing part would have to be that light gray flat. It doesn't fit right in the screenshots.
If you are thinking of varying textures, try some pipe2 or brown1 in there, or some light shades of brown and tan.

Try to make that lava 3D, it would be realistic.
